When OSM main page is viewed on small screen in Android's browser, it includes the openlayers "zoom to world" control between the zoom in/zoom out buttons.
Inadvertantly pressing this while trying to zoom makes it quite difficult to get back to the previous view (other than by reloading page)

So far as I know there is no way in OpenLayers to do this.
OpenLayers is pretty much unusable on mobile browsers at the moment anyway, so it isn't a major problem and I don't propose to do anything about it at least until the next release of OpenLayers (with mobile support) is released at which point we will be deploying proper mobile support.
