#4042 closed defect (fixed)

suburb relation breaking the search using city name in Prague

Description

Have a look at the following the street "Dlouhá" in "Praha" city: http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=xml&lat=50.09037&lon=14.42506&zoom=18&addressdetails=1

I would expect Nominatim to return this street as the first result for "dlouhá, praha" query but it does not work. Instead I get many streets named "Dlouhá" in different towns (meaning the "long" street, it is a common name). The reason is probably that the street is defined within suburb called "Staré město" (Old Town).

Searching for "dlouhá, staré město" (with the suburb name) or "dlouhá, hlavní město praha" (with the official name of the administrative boundary) yields the correct result but no user would search like this.

Slightly modified weighting of address when ordering search results. Seems to have solved this specific issue.
