Any links that use javascript should do something sensible in the href
and use onclick/return false to do extra things. That way they'll work if people open them in new windows, right-click and copy shortcut, etc.

That means things like the zoom buttons on the slippy maps.

The slippy map has completely changed since this was entered.

If this is still an issue then please reopen (or open a new ticket) with concrete examples of problem links.
