The internationalization of the user interface appears incomplete. The main elements are changed according to the locale, but many elements in dialogs remain in English, resulting in a weird language mix.

Some examples are:

  • Menu Background: Checkboxes dim, sharpen; Buttons Edit, Vector files
  • Dialog Background imagery: completely
  • Dialog Load vector files: completely
  • Dialog Map style: completely
  • Dialog Options: most elements

Judging from the code, l10n\map\LocalizationMap.mxml needs to be extended to provide access to those elements.

Has anybody ever claimed it is complete? We're only just getting started on i18n for Potlatch 2!
