Author: choess Well, about 35 of them disappeared over the past day or so (as I said, they've been lingering for about 2 months), but some of the older ones are still hanging in there with the wrong numbers. |

Author: jochen[at]topf.org Taginfo uses Osmosis to update the planet each day from hourly diffs before it creates the statistics. There was some hickup in the planet-updating mechanism a while back and I suppose this is the reason for the problems. I re-started the updates from the last full planet dump and this at least fixes one case that I could find. Can you give specific examples of cases that are still wrong? Ideally with the way ID? |

About two months ago, I did a major cleanup of values of the "bridge" key in OSM (e.g., people misusing the "bridge" key to insert a value that should go in "name" or "bridge_name".) However, most of those values continue to appear in Taginfo listings, even though an XAPI query shows that no features still contain them. Others disappear from Taginfo within a relatively short time. See the less common values at http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/?key=bridge#values and see how many of them return results when queried with XAPI.
