[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 2.32am, Saturday, 10th December 2011]

I just updated an item. When zooming in to the maximum, the new name shows up nicely, but when I zoom out one level, the old name shows up again. This happened on a different browser from where I am making the changes (also not logged in).
I tried to find if such a ticket already exists but it's hard to find a correct search term, so I didn't find any similar reports.

I think you need to have some patience - the first time you look after a change it is quite likely to return the old tile rather than make you wait while it rerenders it.

I bet if you come back a few minutes later it will have rendered, and if not you probably just need to shift-reload to bypass your brower's cache.
