Search in Nominatim for "[http://open.mapquestapi.com/nominatim/v1/search.php?q=Schlostrae%2C+Berlin Schlostrae, Berlin]".

Expected: It finds first "Primary Road" "Schlostrae, Steglitz, Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Berlin, Berlin", then it finds "Secondary Road", "Tertiary Road", "Residential" in Berlin - and only then it finds at the places around Berlin.

Actual result:

• First hit is: "Residential Schlostrae, Schorfheide, Barnim, Brandenburg Nordwest-Nordost Region, Brandenburg"
  That's 40 to 50 kilometres away from Berlin - and nothing is called "Berlin" there. (Still nice to find, but only after the other streets have been found.)

• Second hit is: "Tertiary Road Schlostrae, Charlottenburg, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Berlin, Berlin"
  OK, but it should prefer Primary and Secondary roads.

• Fiftyfifth (55!) hit is finally: "Primary Road Schlostrae, Steglitz, Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Berlin, Berlin, Stadt, Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Berlin, 12165"

One has to be really patient until one hits the first "Primary Road" which is in "Berlin". On the way, a couple of other streets located in Berlin could be found - plus plenty "near" Berlin.
