Add functionality to the slippy map to allow markers to be displayed.

USE CASE: I want to link to an address on the slipy map

LIKE: http://www.opestreetmap.org/index.html?lat=51.1&lon=1.0&zoom=12&marker=blue&info=meet_here

So the map has a blue bubble with "meet here" in it.
