The fairly popular (~13'000 uses) isolated_dwelling value for the place tag doesn't seem to be used.

[Added to the original trac issue at 10.27am, Sunday, 12th February 2012]

Those nodes were already in the database but ranked on the lowest level, which made them appear very far down in the result list. They are now ranked the same as place=locality.

Please note that the database was not reindexed. That means that the current entries in the database will not be changed until the OSM node is modified again. New entries will appear with the new ranking.
