help with lost password when registered email is no longer valid?

Hi

In something like 2007 I registered user id barny at email address ian.barnard@… but I lost the password and at the time there wasn't a way to reset it so I created barny1 registered to ian.barnard@…. With the license change coming up I need to login as barny but the old email address isn't valid because telelogic was acquired by my current employer ibm so I can't collect email to telelogic.com. Can you help me change the email for barny to another of my email accounts such as ianbarnard@… so I can login and accept the license? Otherwise a load of streets in my area will disappear :(

This is a support issue, not an engineering issue, so this is not really the correct forum.

Please email webmaster@… with the details - make sure you give the name of the account you want changed and the email address it is registered to as well as the one you want it changed to. If you can provide any other evidence to prove it is your account, or that you used to control the email address it is currently registered to then that would also help.
