Higways tagged as pedestrian disappear at zoom level 15. They should preferably be visible at the same zoom levels as residential/unclassified.

An example from [http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=57.09745&lon=12.24894&zoom=15&layers=C Varberg, Sweden] where a cycleroute uses the beachwalk that is invisible until you zoom in all the way to level 16. The same with a lot of other cities/towns where a big part of the road network in the city center doesn't show up until zoom level 16.
