The continent of the country El Salvador, must be America or CentralAmerica, not NorthAmerica this is a part of the continent thanks for all.

This is not a Nominatim bug. El Salvador is tagged with is_in=North America. See: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/424311802.

In any case, there is no agreement whether the Americas are one or two continents. When considered as two continents El Salvador is generally counted as part of North America. So please don't change this until you have talked to the OSM community and have gotten some kind of agreement.
