Stairs tagged as a bridge aren't drawn as such by the default website renderer #4318

Stairs that are in mid-air are rather common. However, it appears that the default renderer on the website doesn't draw stairs with the required black casing when they are tagged as bridge. PL2 lets you readily tag bridges that way without relying on the advanced mode. So I think the default renderer should draw those ways appropriately.

Issues for the standard (Mapnik) stylesheet go to the 'mapnik' component, not the 'website' - moved.

Apparently the bridge in question has been removed, but the general issue has been resolved in 3dcb5db692c9ecabf5a4ac273e722403f00c636d.
