It is not always easy to assess scale on Potlatch2, especially at high zoom levels when the background map is not visible. This makes it difficult to decide whether, for example, a GPS track is significantly different from an existing way.
A scale in metres (or feet, yards, miles, kilometres) would help.

I have changed the priority to major as I feel minor does not accurately reflect the need for having a scale. Scale bars are a "bread and butter" part of mapping so this really should be higher priority than minor.
