Description:
The ability to use local MapCSS files in addition to (or instead of) the standard stylesheets provided with P2 would be extremely useful, allowing for the user to have specialised MapCSS extensions that highlight certain features for them. The additional MapCSS would be inserted, as if as an import at the bottom of the main MapCSS file (so as to override any rules in it).
