On the main page of osm.org, French version, it is written:
Les donnes sont libres pour tre tlcharger' et '''utiliser''' sous 'sa licence ouverte. Crer un compte d'utilisateur pour amliorer la carte.

This is incorrect. It should be changed into:
Les donnes sont libres pour tre tlcharges et utilises sous licence ouverte. Crer un compte d'utilisateur pour amliorer la carte.

Translations are handled at translatewiki.net If you make the change there it will be included in the next sync.
