Nominatum still uses the object Vestlandet in its search results, even though it was deleted over a month ago:

http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details.php?place_id=56888895

For an example, try searching for Klokkarvik. The result says Klokkarvik, Sund, Vestlandet, Hordaland, Noreg.

The same is true for other objects, e.g., Srlandet, deleted in this changeset: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/11245263

Large objects like these need manual intervention. Deleted the two referenced objects now.
