Hi folks!

A barrier=wall/fence/hedge doesnt get displayed on a highway-polygon. This happens because highways are drawn above those barriers.
In case of highways with area=yes this behaviour leads to strange pictures such as this one (look at the wall beside the short steps (with area=yes, which isnt displayed either, but thats an other issue)):

Interestingly even layer=1 doesnt overrule the drawing hierarchy.

I expect barriers to be drawn above highway-polygons, because otherwise it gets impossible to draw things like walls on squares etc.
