The border is some 100M south of our property. I did note that you took the outline of the property directly from Google Maps (which I myself drew on Google maps).
I do not have the skill or the time to learn the skill to draw out the borders of Maasin City. Pasay is a barangay within Maasin City. All these borders are clearly visible in Google Maps For Pasay: http://goo.gl/maps/jJEK and for the whole of Maasin City: http://goo.gl/maps/xgTw If the borders do not show up in my links, just do search for same.

So can you change the address of my property to read: 'Pasay, Maasin, Southern Leyte'
Why was the ticket closed without even addressing the error on the map? Also I do not think it is trivial that you list our property not only in the wrong Barangay, but also in the wrong City/Munisipality

Because this is a data error and you opened a bug against the nominatim software package. OpenStreetMap is a wiki data set - we don't except bugs for data.

You could file a "bug" on openstreetbugs (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenStreetBugs) but if you want it to get fixed soon, you will have to do it yourself, or find someone to do it for you. OSM is not commercial, there is no one paid to correct data for you.
There are no boundary polygons on city level in your region, so doing this will be quite a bit of work! alternatively, you could use the is_in tag on the hotel, to place it in the right city.
You got all this a bit wrong. This is not something that belongs in trac entirely. Trac is only for software. Sorry for the confusion
