[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 8.27pm, Wednesday, 13th June 2012]

When replying to lists, some email clients attach original message as HTML attachment. Sadly these attachments contain email adresses as plain text. As Mailman does not scramble attachment contents, all these addresses end up in archieves as plain text.

Would it be possible to scramble these addresses (current archieves + new mail)?

Unless you know of some magic switch to mailman to do this then no.
