Summary: openstreetmap.org renders the arrow pointing at inaccurate location depending on zoom level.

Steps to reproduce:

Type a GPS coordinate into the search bar at openstreetmap.org in 'view' mode (as opposed to edit). For example, here is a GPS coordinate:

37.791309, -122.403969

The location of the arrow changes dramatically depending on the zoom-level. When zoomed out, it appears that it is to the WEST of Kearny. When zoomed in, it appear to be to the EAST of Kearny.

In fact, from examination of the way data, it can be verified that it is to the East of Kearny, closer to the Belden Pl way than to the Kearny way.

I'm not sure there's anything we can do here - we just tell OpenLayers to display a marker at those coordinates so any problem is likely to be in OpenLayers rather than anything we have control over.

It turned out we were specifying an incorrect offset for the active point of the icon - the fix should deploy shortly.
