At http://openstreetmap.org/copyright/en as a German user (or german browser user) I get a link that claims to be a link to the german copyright information page, but isn't.
It links again to the English version.

The link is constructed in file http://git.openstreetmap.org/rails.git/blob/HEAD:/app/views/site/copyright.html.erb at line 20/21, but I'm not a rails coder and don't have an idea how to fix it.

This may affect other languages, too, I guess.
