When looking at a route of the numbered node network. 20- or -41 is shown when the route is not loaded completely. What's worse is that sometimes those numbers are of a different network. (When the same node has both rwn_ref and rcn_ref).
There is a simple solution: use the note tag for these routes (>10 000 and increasing). It contains the correct information. I know this because I'm checking them regularly.
Contributors keep adding name and ref tags with that same information, so it would show up in Potlatch and I keep having to remove those tags. When it has a ref and network=rcn it's a route that does not belong to the numbered node network.
Since these routes are unnamed, they don't get name tags.
Please fix this properly for once and for all, your users are suffering from it.
