New node cannot be found using Nominatim #4704

Author: twain Your node doesn't have any tags to give it a type. Is is a place, an amenity, a poi? http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/2038683334 Nominatim doesn't load names without some other tags. |

I didn't know that there's no type (I had chosen "shop" when creating the POI in Osmand, but forgot to verify that it really has been saved). But maybe it wouldn't hurt to have this info (you need a type) in Nominatim FAQ: |

Hello,
I added a new node (about 20 hours ago) - osmtype = node, osmid = 2038683334:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/2038683334
and I can't seem to find it using Nominatim (i tried "Alza Brno", "Alza Brno, Brno" and "Alza", but the node was never found). Also this URL:
http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details?osmtype=N&osmid=2038683334
only says "Please select a place id"
