Description

If one searches on http://www.openstreetmap.org/ for, e.g., "10.354, 010.374", this is recognized as longitude/latitude.

However, other common versions like "10.354 N, 010.374 E", "10.354° N, 010.374° E", "10°35.4' N, 010°37.4' E" aren't.

This is nothing to do with nominatim.

Sorry for the duplicated ticket, I could not find this one.
I there described the more frequently used formats GPS coordinates than the author of this ticket:
