Other areas are downloaded with no errors. There's probably an error in map cgi script.

This appears to be down to a data inconsistency in the database - specifically node 1200552716 claims to have been created in changeset 7548545 but there is no records for that changeset.

This should of course be impossible, as there is a foreign key link between those tables...

We've recovered a copy of the changeset data from the changeset dumps and this query now works.
