When a gpx file import fails (or indeed for good imports too) it would be helpful to the user if the original webpage form data (the file tags) can be sent with the email.

The attached diff will give some extra information in the mail that is sent when a user uploads a GPX trace. This is the description and the tags used, and they are in a form so that they can be copy and pasted into the GPX upload page, if required.
I had to move the destroy step after the notify command, so that I could access the tags that were used by the trace.
