[Submitted to the original trac issue database at 5.10pm, Wednesday, 10th April 2013]

Wiki opens without styles etc. over HTTPS on Chromium, or unsecurely on Firefox.

[blocked] The page at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Main_Page ran insecure content from http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/load.php?debug=false&lang=en&modules=site&only=scripts&skin=vector&*.

Probably you need to fix your https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgLoadScript ?
Also, this blocks https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/3919

It was indeed only a matter of $wgServer, fixed now while testing https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/3919
