Ritterplan has been a oneway street from East to West since 2008:

!OpenCycleMap shows four arrows, two of them are in the wrong direction.

The two arrows pointing the wrong way do not appear to be normal arrows, so it might have been a rendering issue. In fact, looking closely, I even see the arrows as pointing the correct way, but with a too long arrowhead and to short tail.

In the current rendering it is correct, so the ticket seems obsolete. So I'm putting the ticket on "worksforme".
