It has a business, it has the little marker but the address is not searchable.

The business can be found but under a different address as you can see here:

http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/details.php?osmtype=N&osmid=1941405427

You should add [http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr:housenumber address details] to the business (in particular addr:street and addr:housenumber) to make sure that Nominatim knows about the right address.

Please be aware that even after doing that your search above will be hit by bug #4906, so currently you can only search for either the business name or the house number.
