Just had this happen to me when I was submitting a note on the map with the new interface. When I submitted it, it said it was created by "anonymous", even though I was properly logged into the website at the time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load up the main map ( http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.59275&lon=-106.05632&zoom=17&layers=M ) and make sure you're logged into OSM.
2. On the right side of the new interface, left click on the "notes" button at the bottom.
3. Type up the note you want to submit and then hit "add note".

What happens:
The note shows up that is was submitted by "anonymous", even though you are logged into the website as confirmed on the top right showing your used id.

What should happen:
The ticket submitted should be marked as you submitting it instead of an "anonymous" person doing it.
