Please improve support for the site-relation in Mapnik - it is used more than 130.000 times by now (Taginfo). Therefore I think "major" priority is justified.
Please take a look at this university: [http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/2189267]. The university has several campusses and single buildings scattered over the city, all of them are grouped together in the site-relation.
Here, it wouldn't make sense to render the university name in the centroid of all members - the name would appear in the middle of the city but far from any university building. So, please improve the support of the site-relation by using the label and perimeter roles.
I don't know if the "labels" tag should take precedence over "name" tags but I guess it would make things easier. Please mind that there are labels and perimeters not only in the "mother" relation but in the "daughter" relations, too.
Please feel free to ask for details.
