When you delete a node, that was not part of a way, and try to undo the deletion the node acts like it is still deleted.
Process:
Delete a node that is not attached to a way.
Click undo or the z key
Notes:
If the delete/undo is the first action taken the save button is disabled which seems to be the only indication that the node was not deleted, without either saving and checking the changeset or refreshing the page.
Since this behaviour can only observed on nodes that are not a part of a way I'm not sure if this is a duplicate or a similar bug regarding undo and ways.
