Often used in Germany in Adresses.
Nominatim works only without ()-Suffix

Examples:

Neustdter Strae 2, 33790 Halle (Westf.)

Margueritenweg 5, 58708 Menden (Sauerland)

Kirchstrae 29, 42799 Leichlingen (Rheinland)"

None of these suffixes is tagged in OSM, neither exist regions with the given name. There is no way that Nominatim can know about them. If they are part of the official name of the town, you should tag them as such.
