the overview for the user shows 0 blocks, but he had been blocked 3 times.

The overview shows the number of active blocks, not the total number ever received.

OK, but shouldn't this then read "active blocks"? Clicking on "blocks received 0" I still can see 4 blocks for this user. Isn't there a consistency problem?
