file extension inconsistent when downloading gzipped gpx file via .../data #498

when downloading a file that was uploaded as a gzipped gpx file, via the http://www.openstreetmap.org/trace/#####/data URL, the file is suggested to have a .gpx extension but it really is the gzipped data. This was tested both before the gpx file was processed and after. JOSM will not load this file until it is either gunzipped or the filename changed to xxxx.gz

This was fixed a while ago.
