I'm afraid I don't really understand the problem that you're trying to report, so I think we're going to need some more information.

Could you start by giving the URL for a page that demonstrates the problem?

So the key problem is that we don't recursively retrieve relation details, as that would be very expensive, so when a relation only contains other relations there is no bounding box that we can use to provide those links or position the map.

I've fixed things in e19e996/rails to properly remove the "Loading..." message in this case but that's about the best we can do.

That relation looks like it is a "category" or "collection" anyway, which is not what relations are intended to be used for...

Ok, because a map display had too large load, I understood not wanting to correspond in the present condition. I want you to still prepare the edit link of relation, only to the editor which corresponds to relation independent download at worst. By the relation treating a route, such a form is beginning to be used widely and I think that the demand of such a link is large.

I think that it is satisfactory for describing geographical structure with the entity which there is definite external sauce and was managed in an integrated way. I negate strongly identifying a road network with the collection which the inside of OSM defined freely.
