Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, doesn't appear if you search for it in the OpenStreetMap Nominatim search. Espacially with the activation of the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team for the Central African Republic it is important Bangui appears!

that is a problem in the OSM data. Bangui was tagged as a boundary which had Nominatim confused. [http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/19488863 Fixed that] but you may want to have a look at the international names on [http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/27564988 the Bangui node]. There is something wrong with the character encoding.
