the dropdown menus (edit and user) are hidden (after clicking on the respective button) behind the Potlatch 2 object and hence are not usable. For iD they work as expected.

tested in: Adobe Flash 11.2.202.332, Firefox 26, Linux and Adobe Flash 11.2.202.332, Chromium 31.0, Linux.

That may be related to the fix of ticket 5053.

Thanks for reporting this issue. I'm not sure if it will still be a problem, given the changes over the years to the way that browsers handle Flash plugins, and unfortunately I don't have flash installed to check.

So I'm going to close this issue now, and if it's still a problem please open a new issue at https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website
