I tried to add some data to Baki Jarak and Temerin in Serbia, but when I come to the location on the map I couldn't do anything because image was too blur. Can someone please reload the image so anybody can add data to the map!

There is nobody who can "reload" any imagery for you because (with a few rare exceptions) we don't have any imagery of our own.

If you are talking about the default imagery in the online editor then it is just the standard Bing imagery and it comes straight from the Microsoft servers just as if you were browsing the map on their web site.
