downloaded gpx files with errors #514
Comments
Author: tom[at]compton.nu It does contain GPX data, but it is a compressed trace so needs uncompressing with gunzip before you can read it. |
Author: tom[at]compton.nu I've now improved the MIME type and suggested filename returned when download a trace. |
Author: maratu[at]gmail.com Thanks for helping! But can you please make some tip Viewing trace page that file can be in gunzip format. Also MIME type suggestion seems not working. When i same original gpx it suggests ".htm", but when saving that gunzip it still suggest ".gpx" I'm using Opera 9.20 if it is important. |
Author: tom[at]compton.nu The code I put in yesterday wasn't quite working on the server - it should be OK now. |
Author: maratu[at]gmail.com Still it's not working. |
Author: tom[at]compton.nu One of the daemons hadn't restarted properly so was still running the old code... Hence it was random whether or not it worked. It should really be OK this time... |
Author: maratu[at]gmail.com Now, gunzip gpx files works, but original .gpx files that were saving as .hmt in Opera are trying to save as .xml |
