This is "Yum Yum Tree Restaurant"; famous restaurant in Puerto Rico financial district established for more than 30 years. I'm the manager of the restaurant; please update the location. The address is known in many different ways; usually depending from where the people are from: (example: people from America, local's, Caribbean Islander's, South American's, etc). Every company's software and advertisement companies name the address differently. The correct address that I THINK should be listed is "131 Avenida F.D. Roosevelt, Hato Rey PR 00918", because the location is in Hato Rey and the street sign that the government in Puerto Rico just replace shown as "Avenida F.D. Roosevelt"; however, other address have been used for more than 30 years to address the location due to culture difference. The restaurant have been using "131 F.D. Roosevelt Ave, San Juan PR 00918" and "131 F.D. Roosevelt Ave, Hato Rey PR 00918" for a long time. Local restaurant and places on the same street and surround area had been same or different addresses. Depending on where's the person who wants to locate the area are from and what advertisement or apps they use; Yum Yum Tree Restaurant's address is also known as differently.
