Please support named road junctions and traffic signals.
Road junction names are widely used in Korea and are more important for orientation that road names. But also in other countries like Ivory Coast, we have addresses based on road junction names. The OSM tag for this feature is junction=yes, which can be used on nodes and on areas. It would be great if Nominatim could process the normal name/alt_name/... tags for these elements.
Named traffic signal systems are very common in Japan. The OSM tag for this feature is highway=traffic_signals (a detailed tagging for groups of traffic signals has still to be done) which can be used on nodes. It would be great if Nominatim could process the normal name/alt_name/... tags for these elements.
