The website source string ""Admininstration" should be "Administration"

This is already fixed in [changeset:ab24163/rails] I think? In any case this really needs to be fixed upstream or it will just break again the next time we reimport those strings.

As mentioned a few times before: there is no upstream. openstreetmap-website is the authoritative source for these strings.
