That's not going to work because there are two variables in that string which need to support pluralisation, and that isn't something the rails translation system supports.

Can you please set the following string to use the plural format?

I think it should look like this:
loaded successfully with %{trace_points} out of {{PLURAL|a possible %{possible_points} point|a possible %{possible_points} points}}
