Once you have done the necessary changes, you should be automatically be allowed back (possibly with a small grace period of a few hours). If it does not work, please provide an example request here. It should help to determine if something else was wrong with it.

There is currently no block against this IP or this kind of request in place. In fact, I can't see any request at all in our logs that matches your description. The block has to be coming from somewhere else.
