The shape of Brazils states and municipalities limits used on OpenStreetMap is outdated and wrong and is leading to wrong adressing. Get latest and correct version at the IBGE site. IBGE, Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatstica, which is the brazilian agency responsible to offering oficial brazilian territory shapes. See the distrito Federal limits in OpenStreetMap and compare with the new shape from IBGE to easely perceive the error.
