some lat and lon at zoom 17 is ok on both versions
exemple:

but wrong at zoom 18

My own instance is version 2.

The version on osm.org finds a pipeline as the reverse geocode. These (and probably all man_made objects) need to be excluded.

Fixed in [changeset:00cd69e/nominatim] and live.
