Maplint causes inkscape crash on rendering if point density too high #533

In areas with large numbers of erroring map objects (nodes/ways), inkscape may fail to render resulting svg.

Possible solution would be to simplify the display of errors if the number of errors on a tile becomes too great.

The problems where the tiger:* tags inserted by the tiger import caused this have been fixed, as unknown-tags were patched in r4518/r4519 to ignore those, and not-in-map_features introduced in r4549 also completely ignore tiger:

I have not heard any reports of maplint causing crashes like this again, so I'm closing the ticket.
