my email is xayenloc[at]gmail.com, currently i use geocoding from OSM but now my IP was block?
I don't know why?

Almost certainly because you are not complying with the usage policy:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim_usage_policy

Note especially the part about sending a valid user agent or referer to identify yourself.

Firstly, please keep all your comments on this ticket rather than sending direct email.

To answer your question, update your code to comply with the usage policy and the block should lift automatically.
